This past week, our brewers taste tested a batch of sour beer they've been working on. The beer is a Flanders Red made with Kombucha Scoby.
The mix contains notes of rye, woodiness, and earth. The sourness of the beer is coming along nicely, but is still fermenting. If all goes well, we'll be tapping the barrels soon.
